I maintain a dedicated server and I'm in the process of forming a nonprofit corporation to provide information services to the gaming community. Hosting web site, forums, email addresses for RandomCon would be on-scope for this project.

Are you sure? Check your privacy settings if you intend for your email to be visible.
Also, I know how boards are. I won't take it personally if you don't use my services, but I really do want to help. I haven't been involved with the local gaming community prior to RandomCon so there is bound to be a million reasons to do something stupid like putting the site on the next GeoCities, a mistake that might be avoided if board members are encouraged to interact with me at some point before a final decision is made. |

My bad, I'll check the settings when I get home.
Like I said, all I can do is forward your info to them. I was the chairman for 2009 and will continue to support the con, but the running entity is Western SFA... They'll be the ones to make a decision about using your services or not (and I don't see why they wouldn't, btw) but I can't speak for them.
