Hello everyone!
I am still looking for a location to accomodate the con so dates are still very much open.
In an effort not to infringe upon other cons in Arizona, our dates will likely be between mid-october to early/mid-november. The con will take place from friday afternoon to sunday night.
Ideas and suggestions welcome! |

Plenty of locations to choose from if we want to game in suites. Some are very pricey, but others are quite reasonable (and not as fancy).
I have a lot of info to go through.
Our dates are likely to move up to september, since I do not wish to conflict with AmberCon NW, which is in early November. |

As you may have seen in our Announcements, August (and the scorching heat) will be when we run the AmberCon Arizona event this year.
August need not be the time we run every AmberCon Arizona thereafter, although, August is not going to interfere with other AmberCons around the country.
We also didn't want to interfere with local Arizona cons, but there aren't that many Gaming cons at the moment.
So tell me: What would work best for you and why? |

Lol, that would only defeat the purpose of an Arizona-based AmberCon 
If I ever move there, though, it might be one of the first personal projects I take on. |

Early November, however, whatever the presence of the weather, interferes with AmberCon NorthWest ... now, we were going to do August for Amber on the Rocks, a one-shot Ambercon in the Colorado area, but since those are pipe dreams, I think August isn't a bad idea. After all, with any luck, people will be spending time INSIDE. |
