I will be running this mini-campaign at Phoenix Con-Games to promote Amber Diceless and help more RPGers discover the game we know and love
The setting will be much darker than the traditional Amber. The timeline is likely to be different from either series, but the standard Amberites will be around, at least for a time.
More info to come!
If you are planning on attending Phoenix Con Games and want to join this game, PM me to find out more!

The premise is likely to depend on the Players for this event, but I can say at least this much:
After being trapped or stuck or exiled in Shadow for what seems an eternity, the PCs realize that something is very wrong with all of Shadow itself. Shadow Storms have greatly increased in size, chance of occurrence and devastation and it is as if every Shadow's own vision of the apocalypse is becoming true.
The worlds of the Amberverse are dying and the Pattern has become a tool of Reckoning and Necromancy. Can this be undone or is it truly the end of days?
Dead Elder Amberites haunt Shadow as risen vampiric beings and hunt their kin for sustenance. Those alive are either mad or actively seeking an answer to the dilemma. _________________ AmberCon Arizona Webpage

| Hello this is Thomas From Saturday Night's Dancing In the Darks Amber Game at Phoenix Con. I was the one player with the black violin that keeped on making the villian's job of exterminating us so much harder. Who knew that theme music could be so useful. |

Hi Thomas!
Welcome to the forums!
I had a great time GMing for you guys and really hope I was able to play up on the themes of Audrey's Violin!
And yeah, Will did a good job as a villain, considering he'd only played Amber once before.
Don't forget, you're welcome to run some games at Copper Con (I want to get to play too!) _________________ AmberCon Arizona Webpage

| I will make you a deal. I will run an Amber game at Coppercon if you will run another amber game for the characters we used in your Dancing in The Dark Game. I'm roommates with two of the other players in that game and they would like to play their character's again as well. Do we have a deal? |

I had a great time playing "Dancing in the Dark." I've never played ADRPG before but I really liked it.
I hope to make it to Ambercon. _________________ I intend to live forever... so far, so good |

I hope you can make it too! I'm gonna try to run tons of games there (as much as caffeine will allow).
Your character fit in really great with the game too! Nice job taking on the villain role on your own!!! _________________ AmberCon Arizona Webpage

I'll second that. I'd love to play Gauss again, with or without all the potential Bad Stuff.
And speaking of getting that Bad Stuff.... what did I miss after I left? Did we save the universe? |

Yes, the universe was returned to its original luster, quite violently actually.
Mirelle was able to bring the group to UnderShadow to confront 'Death' after getting the Jewel of Judgment back. Mathew's construct located the Serpent and the Unicorn there. There was a small debate about which one the Jewel should be restored to.
Eventually, they phased out to the Temple of the Unicorn, where they asked for help. The Unicorn asked for the Jewel and when it was placed before her, she lifted its hoof and shattered it.
They awoke by Yggdrasil, unharmed except for Mathew's construct had been destroyed. Order was re-established and the Pattern changed back. Audrey found the Jewel in her pocket.
This is the gist of what went down after Gauss' Logrus induced insanity. _________________ AmberCon Arizona Webpage
