I think if you guys are planning to be away from each other for quite some time it might help to have separate scenes and return to this thread when both groups join up again...]

Rebecca swings up in the saddle and settles herself. She once again lays the rifle in front of her. She turns to Kade, pulling her hat brim down snugly. "Reckon ya should jest keep doin' what ya were doin' before. It might get a bit rough, but it's a short trip from here."

"Let's ride, Demon," she says. Rebecca gives him his lead for the trip while her eyes scan the surroundings for physical threats.
